HH Building & Construction is hiring a dependable, skilled construction professional to join our team. We handle residential remodeling and construction projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and treats customers’ homes with respect.

This is a hands-on position with a variety of projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, decks, pergolas, additions, and custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry.
• Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling.
• Build and repair decks, pergolas, fences, and other outdoor structures.
• Install windows, doors, siding, and exterior trim.
• Complete flooring and tile installation based on experience.
• Assist with additions, new construction, and restoration projects.
• Perform demolition and prepare work areas for construction.
• Accurately measure, cut, and install materials.
• Follow project instructions and communicate questions or issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safe work practices.
• Arrive on time and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in residential construction, carpentry, or remodeling.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks independently and work effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Ability to safely use common construction tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites throughout Clermont and Hamilton Counties.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools. Power tools and specialty tools are provided.
• Ability to perform essential construction duties, including lifting and carrying materials, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay and Benefits

• $22–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
• Paid time off accrued at one hour for every 40 hours worked.
• Company-provided power tools and specialty equipment.
