You will lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of strategies and processes. You will be a leader at heart and are excited to mentor and develop your team. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectivesPartner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvementAct as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team membersEnsure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are metStay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizationsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations5+ years of consumer banking experienceDemonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulationsProven ability to lead high-performing teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Frost Bank retail and consumer banking experienceBranch management experienceOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
